I am a state of Florida commissioned Notary Public , a certified Notary Signing agent (also known as a Loan Signing Agent) , a state approved remote online notary, and an Apostille Agent.

I was born and raised in Miami, Florida and I am of Dominican ethnic descent.
I have been a notary since 2019 and during my tenure , as a notary I have acquired extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry, real estate industry, loan documents , mortgage packages , and distinct legal documents.
Furthermore, to further solidify my knowledge regarding mortgage packages and their respective documents, I have invested time and effort in acquiring more training and certifications in loan signings. My certifications include the NNA’s certification for Notary Signing Agents and the Loan Signing System’s certification for Notary Signing Agents.
